Call & Consult

We want your part of the process to be as easy as possible. After our initial call, we’ll get an appointment on the schedule right away. That’s where you’ll meet with your sales rep and designer to determine the best course of action for you. We’ll send confirmations in whatever way you choose (reminders, texts, emails): from the first call to the free estimate.

Sign & Deliver

After you approve and sign the estimate, we set out to get the work scheduled and materials ordered. There’s a lot that happens along that journey; but we’ll handle all that work for you and be in communication if anything changes.

The Magic Happens

As work gets underway to bring your vision to life, there will be a project manager on site with the crew. They will be your point person to keep you appraised of big decisions, while handling all the behind-the-scenes activity to keep your life as stress-free as possible!

Quality Follow-Ups

Once the work is done, our meticulous clean-up and quality assurance team will come through with a final checklist that will leave your home sparkling and better than you could have imagined. We take before-and-after pictures for the benefit of future customers; but most importantly, we will make any final adjustments you need. We don’t leave until you’re happy!

Do you provide insurance claim assistance?

Yes! If you sustained storm damage on your home’s exterior, we’ll help guide you through the insurance claim process and work directly with your insurance company on your behalf. If we can’t get your claim approved, you don’t owe us anything.

What services do you offer?

We provide a wide range of residential home improvement services, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, patios, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, and more!

What manufacturers do you use?

As a GAF Master Elite Contractor, we use GAF products for roofing, siding, and solar. We also offer James Hardie, CertainTeed, and LP SmartSide siding. For windows and doors, we offer Vytex, Andersen, and Provia products.

Do you offer warranties?

We offer lifetime material warranties for window, siding, and roof replacements plus varying labor warranties on the installation.
